What is summer time?

Switching to summer time
Time in Israel in relation to the coordinated time of the universe, based on winter time (UTC+2). Thus, when there is summer time, we should switch to it.
At times when it is summer time, the time is one hour earlier compared to winter time and therefore we move to a universal time which is UTC+3.
In other words, at the time of switching and switching from winter time to summer time – the time moves one hour forward. That is, from 02:00 to 03:00.
